Service & Course Terms

Effective Date: October 2024

These Service & Course Terms govern all purchases of digital products, online courses, and freelance services provided by Vanessa Montenegro, sole proprietor of More Bueno ("Company," "we," "us").

1. Payments & Fees

All fees must be paid in full before access to products, courses, or services is granted. We accept payments via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
2. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products & Courses: All sales of digital products and online courses are final. Because you gain immediate access to digital content upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where a specific refund window is explicitly stated on the product's sales page at the time of purchase.

  • Freelance Services: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Staged/milestone payments are due on schedule regardless of the client's pace of participation or feedback. A refund will only be issued if the Company fails to deliver the agreed-upon services, not for delays caused by the client's own responsiveness, or for a change of mind after work has started.

3. Client Responsibilities

For freelance services, you agree to:

  • Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals

  • Meet agreed timelines

  • Ensure you have proper rights to all materials provided

Failure to provide necessary information or approvals may delay the project but will not waive your payment obligations.

4. Deliverables & Ownership

  • Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final agreed files (e.g., completed website or design).

  • Working Files: Drafts, templates, and non-final files remain the property of the Company.

  • Usage Rights: Company reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

5. Revisions

Services include a set number of revisions as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

6. Late Payments

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees of 2% per month. Company reserves the right to suspend work until payment is received.

7. Limitation of Liability

Company’s liability for services or courses is limited to the amount paid by the client. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or earnings.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may bring the matter before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario, including Small Claims Court where the amount in dispute falls within its monetary limit. The client's remedy in any such proceeding remains limited to a refund of fees paid, as set out in Section 7 above.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and Company.
